CRANBERRY BRIE PASTRY CUPS


You will need:
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • Wisconsin Wilderness Cranberry Chutney
  • 4oz Brie cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Directions:

Unfold puff pastry, cut into 36 squares. Gently press each square into the bottoms of 36 miniature muffin cups coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 375 degees for 5-8 minutes. Using a wood spoon handle, make a indentation in the center of each cup. Bake 5 minutes longer until golden brown. Using the spoon handle, press squares down again.

Spoon a teaspoon of Wisconsin Wilderness Cranberry Chutney into each cup. Top each with a cube of cheese, sprinkle with nuts.

Bake for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
